En Winged Real Estate, con más de 15 años de experiencia en solicitudes de residencia e inversiones inmobiliarias en España, estamos aquí para convertir tus sueños en realidad en el corazón de Europa. Nuestra empresa fue fundada por D. Aireza Yarahmadi, quien cuenta con un Máster en Administración de Negocios (MBA) con especialización en Gestión Estratégica por la Universidad Azad Islámica, y ofrece servicios únicos en el sector inmobiliario gracias a su conocimiento y experiencia profesional.
A lo largo de los años, hemos gestionado con éxito más de 100 solicitudes de residencia con permisos de trabajo y 400 solicitudes de residencia no lucrativa (por medios económicos) en España, y estamos familiarizados con los desafíos de este proceso, especialmente en ciudades como Málaga, Barcelona y Madrid. Por ello, optimizamos tus solicitudes eligiendo estratégicamente ubicaciones que agilicen el proceso. Our history
Winged has become a leading international luxury real estate company, establishing itself as a trusted name over the past two decades. Founded in 2003 by renowned real estate agent Sergey Sinichkin, who brought exceptional abilities in motivating and inspiring individuals that became a key to the company’s success.
In 2009, Winged took a chance on Artur Loginov, a young man with no prior experience in real estate. In no time he’d quickly risen to the top of the Marbella luxury real estate.
In 2020, Loginov was named the Team Leader and co-owner of Winged , in recognition of his significant contributions to the company’s success.
